The Tournament Bracket System is a one-time download you install on your school or organization’s PHP web hosting—not a hosted SaaS subscription. Documentation is included; ongoing updates and support are not guaranteed.

What you are buying

• A self-hosted web application (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) for tournament brackets, producer workflow, public bracket pages, optional branding, live graphics feeds (Ross DataLinq / XPression XML and JSON/CSV/XML for tools such as NewBlue Titler Live), and an optional question bank with printable PDF cards.
• A license for one school, college, university, district department, or similar organization—not for resale or hosting as a service for others.
• README and INSTALL guides for self-service setup on your server.

Hosting (your responsibility)

• You provide PHP 7.4+ web hosting (PHP 8.x recommended) with HTTPS.
• Writable data/ and uploads/branding/ folders on your server.
• The AV Coach does not host the application for you.

Support & updates

• Sold as the current release with documentation—no subscription.
• No guaranteed updates, new features, or maintenance schedule.
• If a significant defect is confirmed, a corrected download may be offered at the seller’s sole discretion; fixes are not guaranteed.
• Email [email protected] for significant software errors only; replies when practicable, not guaranteed. Installation, PHP, and third-party graphics platform setup are your responsibility.

License (summary)

• Licensed, not sold. Steven Trauger (The AV Coach) is the Licensor.
• Internal use by your organization on servers you control.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the download package.
• You are responsible for backups, security, changing default passwords, and compliance with your policies and third-party platform terms.

Purchase & refunds

Payment, delivery, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms on this product page at the time of purchase.

Refunds: Within 14 days of purchase, contact [email protected] if the software does not work as described on compatible hosting and you have been unable to obtain a working copy for your organization’s use. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after download, buyer hosting or PHP configuration issues, or after the software has been used for a published event or production. Contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Use of the software after purchase is governed by the EULA included in your download.
