Refunds: Within 14 days of purchase, contact [email protected] if the software does not work as described on compatible hosting and you have been unable to obtain a working copy for your organization’s use. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after download, buyer hosting or PHP configuration issues, or after the software has been used for a published event or production.
